When this place is busy often the service is a little slow. Quite often we get our coffee then have to wait for our cake.. or vice versa.. good coffee and great place. The young blonde haired girl (sorry don’t have a name) is very good, efficient and extremely polite- hats off to her...

My favourite spot for great coffee in the City Centre. If you like good coffee that's well prepared and served in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere - not the usual chain shop coffee drink-and-run - then I recommend Jamaica Blue. I'm not connected with the business in any way - I just like the coffee, cakes and relaxed atmosphere. Worth a visit.

Very good coffee and toasts! Staff very welcoming and nice. I think also one of the best places where to get good breakfast in Belfast on Sunday mornings.

Loved everything about this place, the staff were super friendly and attentive nothing was too much hassle and service was fast! The menu offers something different compared to other cafes in town and really flavoursome, coffee here is also top tier! We just came across the cafe while shopping one Saturday morning and so glad we gave it a try to set us up for the day. There are two levels and seating outdoors. Very clean and the decor is fresh and welcoming. Give it a try !

Stopped in for brunch on a wet Sunday morning, a lovely little spot for food! Staff were really friendly and it gave a welcoming and chilled out vibe, which was exactly what we were looking for! Good range of choice in food and drinks and not too pricey so we were happy, dry and full up!

Excellent breakfast. I had Eggs Benedict with Mushrooms and a Cinnamon hot chocolate. Eggs cooked to perfection. Sourdough was crisp and tangy. No marshmallows in hot chocolate is a big plus as Marshmallows do ruin the flavour. The staff are all friendly cheery and polite. Defiantly all of them deserve a raise!
